Aloha cool alohana thank you for joining our weekly ball today is Tuesday March 5th 2024 I apologize for the timeliness of this blog again goodness it's like we had all these Monday holidays but really we haven't I I am sorry I hope you did have a great weekend and there's only eight more school days left before we get into spring break and happy March with that said we have eight more days before spring break and when we return we literally have 18 more school days until our grade 3 4 and 5 take the s+ Statewide assessment we really need our swimming to come to school everyday and buckle down so we can prepare them for the test as much as possible we want to see them Thrive and being in school and receiving instruction from their teachers War for them the best results the other thing I would like to address is something I addressed last week but just reiterating the importance of it it's about our before school drop-off and after school pick up what I want to iterate is not to make sure that your child when they arrive at School come straight on to campus again we do have a few that stopped off at Caldwell park playground or the basketball court which is not supervised and could be dangerous without supervision so please make sure they come straight on to campus as well as after school I highly encourage you to pick up your child by 2:15 and not allow them to go to cool the water park or the roundabout under the big tree in the the parking lot again those areas are not supervised we do have supervision within our school grounds and we want to be able to supervise your child and keep them safe again just want to review some states that are very important this next week Friday the 15th is our last day of the third quarter spring break is from March 18th to March 22nd on the week after spring break is as follows Monday March 25th students return Tuesday March 26th is Kuhio day so it's a school holiday students return to school on Wednesday the 27th with his which is also a roar day for all our attendance students that had five I'm tired of these are absences less than five charges are at absences also Thursday 28th is another school day and then Friday March 29th is Good Friday so it's a school holiday the other important thing to remember is Wednesday pretend it is our third quarter Awards assembly and that will be in the afternoon about 12:30 as always if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to your classroom teacher or called the office I will be more than happy to help you with that said I hope you have a great rest of your week and thank you for all you do mahalo
