Aloha cooler. Thank you for joining our weekly Vlog I didn't do a vlog last week as I was out of town attending a conference in Washington DC in fact I presented at the conference about some of our positive growth in some of the teaching strategies that we've been seeing success here in Hawaii so I apologize for NovoLog last week I'm back and I'm glad to be here again we are about eight days away from winter break and again we just ask that you help your child come to school everyday and sure they get a good night's rest and help them review the work so they are prepared each day that they do come to school we just have one important thing for next week which is Wednesday December 20th which is our winter performance program and it will be followed by a small winter lyrics event you might have seen the flyer on RSVP that went home last week fortunately if you still want to come to the after-school portion of it you can still come unfortunately we've cut off rrisd P which would just mean that you'll get on lights not to go if you do a 10 that has been cut off so you can still attend you just won't get that lights now that we are free if you follow the dude the RSVP so just as a reminder next week Wednesday the 20th our program will start promptly at 12:35 and will end at 2:05 from about 2:05 to 2:50 and I'm going to go over some updated academic progress according to our Strife hide data and then at 2:15 you can go grab your child if you want to come back to the cafeteria to sign in for the winter literacy portion of the program it'll be a short 2:30 to 3 and it's really limited to first come first serve we do have about 150 kids and we will be doing prizes through that time so you can win prizes the only other reminder I do have is for Thursday because Wednesday is a regular release time at 2:15 Thursday will be released for early dismissal which is 130 that is the last day of school before winter break and then students do not return until Tuesday January 9th we do have a waiver day on January 8th our students will come back on Tuesday January 9th with the said if you have any questions please reach out to your child's classroom teacher if not one of our counselors and if it's not our on main office thank you for all you do and we hope you have a great rest of the week and I'm glad to be back aloha
