happy Aloha Monday everyone and thank you for joining our weekly vlog have a few things that we want to share this week and the first one is very very important I really want you to help us follow up with pedestrian safety with your children I have some unfortunate news that last week one of our own cooler while the students was involved in a car accident hit and run but was hit by a car really please talk with your children to make sure they're checking both ways across the street and a crosswalk I make sure they're with other children when they're crossing the streets is unfortunate our teachers are addressing our kids here at school but if you can also do your part and talk to your children at home as well would really appreciate that secondly I don't know if you guys know that we also do have an Instagram page and it is linked to our classroom dojo and we also added it to our school website so if you don't know have access to our Instagram address is Luella cups so please use that as a mother ways to get any important information coming from the school it just another handle 2mm keep that communication Line open 30 we did identify an incorrect date in our students planners in the students Founders it says that Monday February 13th is teacher Institute day what is incorrect our teacher Institute day will be on Friday February 17th the day after our field day please make that change in your calendar so that your child comes to school on Monday February 13th Cassie just some upcoming dates like I mentioned we have our field day coming up on February 17th the day after is a teacher Institute day so there is no school that day and then the following Monday is a holiday because it's Presidents Day as always if you have any questions please reach out to your teacher through classroom dojo through email or you can call the office thank you for all you do for our school and have a great rest of your week aloha
